- This synopsis serves as notice of the Department of Energy (DOE) National Nuclear Security Agency (NNSA) Site Support Division???s intent to negotiate a contract on a non-competitive basis with Knight Armament Co., 701 Columbia Blvd, Titusville FL 32780-7902. NNSA intends to solicit and negotiate with Knight Armament Co. for SR-25 rifles under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, ???Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements???. The applicable NAICS code for the proposed acquisition is 332994. Contact Ms. Reina Serino, Contract Specialist, at P.O.
