Description

Addendum 1 to RFP SN06R0092 for transportation of hazardous and radioactive materials makes the following changes to the solicitation: 1. Questions and Answers to RFP SN06R0092 are provided on www.Stoller-Navarro.com as Addendum 1 to this solicitation. 2. The Statement of Work, entitled, ?Transportation of Hazardous, Low-Level Radioactive Wastes, HAZMAT, and Other Materials?, is hereby changed to specify that the Subcontractor takes ?responsibility for? the waste (rather than ?title to? the waste) during transport. The following statement in the SOW is changed: Page 2, paragraph 6. The sentence reading, ?The Subcontractor accepts title to the waste/material at point of origin during?? .? is changed to read, ?The Subcontractor accepts responsibility for the waste/material at point of origin during?? 3. The NAICS code is changed to 484230. 4. The Proposal Due Date is hereby changed to June 19, 2006 at 4:00 pm, PDT. Receipt of Offers: Please submit your proposal in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors and related RFP documents and this Addendum 1. ACKNOWLEDGE THIS ADDENDUM 1 IN YOUR PROPOSAL.
