- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with addition information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation HSCG28-06-Q-3ZB127, is issued as a TOTAL SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are available via internet address: http://www.arnet.gov.far/. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 519190 and Small Business size standard is $6.5. Quote price and total of the following item: ITEM #1 Holographic sight. Weatherproof, shockproof, night vision. Specs: Polycarbonate body, aluminum hood, matte, black. Lens ? 3/16? thick, 3 layer, shatterproof laminate glass. Reticle size: 1 MOA dot and 65 MOA ring. 552 model 5 5/16? long, 1 15/16? wide, 2 3/8? high, 11.1 ozs weight. Qty: 30 ea ITEM #2 Tactical Holographic Weapon Sight with night vision compatible, waterproof to 10 feet, 1100 hours of battery life, uses AA lithium, alkaline, or rechargeable batteries, 5? overall length, reticle 65 MOA ring w/1 MOA dot. Qty: 30 ea The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the government price, quality, past performance and other factors considered. All offers will be evaluated in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR subpart 13.106. The provision at 52.212-1, instruction to Offerors-commercial items (Oct 2003) and 52.215-5 facsimile proposals (Oct 1997) apply to this solicitation. The provision of 52.212-3, offeror representations and certification, commercial items (Jan 2005), shall be completed and submitted with this RFQ. Complete and provide all information in this solicitation and provisions of all cited FAR clauses, to receive an award. The vendor must be registered in CCR (Central Contractor Registration Database), http://dlis.dla.mil/ccr/dafault.asp.
