- This announcement is a Market Survey/Request for Information. The FAA is considering a six-month extension to the current contract DTFA01-03-C-00104 for contract support services. The FAA is seeking sources for contract support services for contract administration support of the Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS) contract. The support must have full knowledge of the STARS program and contract, and have the ability to transition seamlessly without interruption to all contract activities. Activities include but are not limited to, knowledge regarding contract proposal types, methodology and structure as defined by the current contract cost and pricing methodologies. This knowledge base is required for rapid evaluation, management of complex billing and funding processes, and the generation and management of all contract documentation. This support is critical in responding to urgent Agency and program requirements. All interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received from industry in response to this Market Survey/Request for Information. Therefore, any costs associated with Market Survey/Request for Information submissions will be solely at the interested party's expense. All responses are to be provided on company letterhead and limited to a total of three pages. All responses should be submitted electronically to the following email address: katherine.petito@faa.gov Responses received after the response date will be determined late and may not be considered.
