Description

This acquisition is for the following item. Item 0001 NSN: 4920-01-183-3039 RN, P/N: 81018, NOUN: AERIAL REFUELING TEST KIT, applicable to the KC-10 & KC-135 aircraft. FUNC: Used to test aerial refueling procedures. The basic quantity is five (5) each. There will also be two (2) Annual Options for a quantity of 1-10 each. Estimated Total Quantity is 25 each. No technical data is available. Destination: TBD, Delivery is 5 each Dec 2007. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. An RFP will follow. See WEB page at http://www.fedbizops.gov/. This Requirement is sole source to PARKER HANNIFIN, Cage 59211. Justification: One or a limited Number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The acquisition is restricted to domestic sources.
