Description: The Contractor shall provide the services transportation services for Government-owned freightby the Contractor?s equipment from Misawa Air Base to U.S. Army Japan, Shariki Communications Site as set forth in PWS and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Purchase Order and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and trade practices. Offerors shall propose a transportation rate that includes but is not limited to tolls, licenses, costs of overtime, holiday work, or for operations during stormy and or inclement weather. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the U.S. Government considering the evaluation factors stated in the solicitation. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
