MAT'L, STEEL PER AMS 6415 OR AMS 6484. ALTERNATE MAT'L INVESTMENT CAST' G PER MIL-S-22141, COMP IC4340. OVERALL LENGTH IS APPROXIMATELY 3.712 IN.; HEAD DIAMETER IS .747 IN.; BODY DIAMETER IS .425 IN. MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION, HEAT TREAT, AND PHOSPHATE COATING REQ'D. The method of procurement is issuance of a competitive firm-fixed price, five year IDIQ with a Minimum Guaranteed Quantity of 5,000 EA. and a Maximum Contract Quantity of 25,000 EA. Estimated issue date is 24 July 2006. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, the refore, hardcopies will not be provided.
