- ?This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitation to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane.? This acquisition is for the development, fabrication, integration and preliminary testing of an improved M72E10 Light Anti-Armor Weapon (LAW) Anti-Structure Munition (ASM) Fire from Enclosure (FFE) Rocket and the purchase of M72A8 LAW FFE test rounds, M72E10 LAW ASM FFE test rounds, M72A7 LAW with graze production rounds, and M72A9 LAW ASM production rounds in accordance with NSWC Statement of Work (CLIN 0001) and Data (CLIN 0002), in accordance with DD1423s Contract Data Requirements List. This requirement is being issued on a sole-source basis to Talley Defense Systems, PO Box 34299, Mesa, AZ, 85277-4299. Award of a cost plus fixed-fee contract, with a firm-fixed price CLIN for production rounds, is anticipated. The period of performance will be 14 months, and acceptance will be performed at destination. Award will be based on past performance and price.
