DESC: The Leased Facilities Division, The Pentagon at 400 Army Navy Drive, Arlington VA 22310 to award a, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) construction service contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition. The award is 100?Percent set-aside for a small business. The NAICS code is 238130. The following items will be procured: Fire door repair service at The Pentagon, Corridor 2.5 Ring, Floors 2.5 total number of doors to be prepared 8 (each). Refer to RFQ attached to this pre-solicitation notice. See HQ0034-06-R-1038. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238130. The size standard is $13.0M. Contractors interested in this requirement should submit a complete proposal that provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government?s requirement. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. The Government will consider all responses received by the publication due date of this notice. A determination by the Government whether or not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
