- This requirement is being procured and an award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NOAA, Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) located in Seattle, WA intends to procure on a sole-source basis with Sea-Bird Electronics, quantity 100 each ATLAS conductivity cell #80973 ( in cell tray - uncalibrated ), quantity 100 each ATLAS conductivity board #40947e. These component parts are exact replacement parts for existing instruments. The instruments used in the array to measure conductivity are designed around the Sea-Bird conductivity sensor and these sensors have been used in the TAO moorings over the last 10 years. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000
