- The services to be performed include management, administrative services, utilities system maintenance, building & structures maintenance, heating, ventilation & air conditioning, refrigeration & compressed air equipment maintenance, transportation services, pest control services, maintenance of family housing facilities, ground electronics maintenance & services, transient aircraft services, supply services, welfare & recreation maintenance services, swimming pool operation & maintenance, combined bachelor housing, grounds maintenance, minor construction, and support maintenance services. The contract performance period is anticipated to be nine years and 3 months, including one base period of three months, four (4) twelve month options and (5) twelve month award options commencing 1 July 2007. A performance-base combination firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. This estimated cost range is between 5 million and 10 million per year.
