- This is an annual synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-04-G-A766 with Wartsila Lips Inc., Chesapeake, VA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period of 23 JUNE 2006 through 23 JUNE 2007 for the evaluation and repair of various repair components of the Navy Weapons System manufactured and repaired by Wartsila Lips Inc. Several major items to be repaired include: 7H 2010-01-111-7804, Seal Ring Assembly, P/N 6400 piece 1; 7H 2010-01-111-7805, Seal Ring Assembly, P/N 64000 piece 2; 7H 2010-00-112-0705, Mating Ring Assembly P/N D28749N3 7H 2010-00-111-3305, Seal Ring ASSEMBLY, P/N D28755N5 7H 2810-00-948-3325, Mating Ring Assembly, P/N C37220 7H 2010-00-948-3324, Seal Ring ASSEMBLY, P/N D-37214 However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Navy Weapons System. A complete list of potential reparable items for which orders may be placed can be obtained upon request from the below cited point of contact. Individual orders exceeding $25,000 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
