Description

Social Security Administration intends to acquire the services of a contractor to provide physician services in the Health Care Unit located at 300 Spring Garden Street,Philadelphia, PA 19123. This procurement will be for Commercial Item Services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The physician services shall consist of a wide range of direct healthcare services in occupational medicines, including non-emergency and emergency services. The period of performance shall be August 12, 2006 through August 11, 2007 for one (1) year with no provisions for the inclusion of option years. The solicitation is scheduled for release on or about June 19, 2006 and may be downloaded from this website. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. Proposals received from OTHER than a small business will be deemed unacceptable and will be given no further consideration. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 621111. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by Social Security Administration.
