Description

The Government intends to negotiate and award a Sole Source contract to SRI International, 333 Ravenswood Avenue, Menlo Park, CA 94025-3493. The proposed requirement is for a non-commercial, Firm Fixed Priced Purchase Order for one year. The suppor t will include depot level repair and refurbishment of the Airborne Position Location System (APLS), GPS re-radiators, software maintenance, periodic maintenance, training and upgrades, support and troubleshooting during field operations, and other defined support that may be needed due to mission and software upgrades. Period of Performance: 1 September 2006 through 31 August 2007. The NAICS code is 334220 with a size standard of 750 employees. The services are for Technical Support for an existing contr act (DATM01-C-0006). The contract was awarded for the development of the Airborne Position Location System (APLS) personnel parachute and pallets. SRI is the developer for the Airborne Positioning Location System. All responsible sources may identify int erest and capability by responding to this requirement or submitting a quote by 24 July 2006, 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Quotes received from this publication shall be considered. However, the responses received will be used, at sole discretion of the Government, to determine as to whether to compete this requirement. All respondents must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification number.
