Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform cleaning of the Sewage Ship Waste Offload Barge 47 (S-SWOB-47) cargo tanks, voids, cargo piping, tank cleaning system, aeration system pipe manifolds, cargo transfer valves and other associated sewage collecting and discharging equipment. FOB is COMNAVMAR, Naval Base Guam, Victor Pier in Guam. When available the request for quotation number is N61128-06-T-0027 and can be downloaded at www.fedbizopps.gov. This action is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation will be issued electronically. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. No paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors MUST register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. No bidders mailing list will be maintained. Offers will be submitted on the Standard Form 1449 and must include as a minimum the items listed in FAR Clause 52.212-1 (b) (1-11) Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items.
