- One U.S. or foreign flag container vessel with gear with a minimum deck capacity of 15 TEUs stored in a single tier. Vessel must have IMDG certification. Vessel must have adequate lighting for night operations. Vessel must have the ability to perform in-stream operations. Vessel must have patent lashings. Vessel shall not store cargo closer than 9 meters from an inhabited or machinery space bulkhead.
