- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Freeport, New York The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 15,000 rentable square feet yielding 12,830 to a maximum of 13,300 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet within the following designated area: The building must be located within the delineated area described below that is located within the communities of Freeport, North Valley Stream, Valley Stream, Valley Stream South, Lynbrook, North Lynbrook, Malverne, Rockville Center, East Rockaway, Bay Park, Baldwin, Baldwin Harbor, Roosevelt, Hempstead, Uniondale, Merrick, North Merrick, Bellmore, North Bellmore, Wantagh, North Wantagh, Seaford, Massapequa, North Massapequa, Massapequa Park, or Massapequa East, in the State of New York. The Delineated area North boundaries are: Lakeview Ave. in Rockville Centre into Seaman Ave. in Baldwin to Grand Ave. in Baldwin, Corner of Grand Ave and Stanton Ave in Baldwin to Prince Ave. in Freeport. South boundaries are: Corner Windsor & Sunrise Hwy to Merrick Road intersection, Merrick Road at Sunrise Hwy intersection in Rockville Centre to Hicksville Road in Massapequa. East boundaries are: Long Beach Ave. from Prince Ave. to Brooklyn Ave, Hicksville Road from Jerusalem Ave. to Merrick Road in Massapequa. West boundaries are: Corner of Windsor Ave. & Sunrise Hwy in Rockville Center to Lakeview Ave. in Rockville, Grand Ave. at Seaman Ave. to Stanton Ave. in Baldwin, Meadowbrook Pkwy at Sunrise Hwy in Freeport north to Hempstead Turnpike in Uniondale. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, cancelable by the Government after the fifth year and should be fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space must be located on no more than two contiguous floors and if space is on two floors, at least 85% of the space must be on one floor. Ground floor space is preferred.
