Description

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development(HUD) is interested in procuring the services of a contractor to perform Mortgage Insurance Endorsements for the Denver Homeownership Center(HOC). HUD intends to make one award as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about June 26, 2006. Potential offerors who download the solicitation from HUD's Home Page or FedBizOpps will NOT automatically receive any amendments. All amendments will be posted and may be downloaded from HUD's Home Page Contracting Opportunities site http://www.hud.gov/offices/cop/contract.cfm or FedBizOpps. This solicitation is competitive, 8(a)set-aside with an initial performance period of one year and four, one-year option periods and is open to all interested firms under NAICS 541990. All interested firms under NAICS 541990 are encouraged to submit a proposal. Section L. of the posted solicitation will set forth a time and place to submit questions.
