Description

Replace water system mains between 5th and 10th Street in Area B, raise elevated water tower on Q Street, and a new water line to AF Museum at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Work includes modernizing water tower at Q & 10th Streets and replacing outdated and undersized water lines. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete the work as indicated in the documents. The period of performance for this project is 270 days. NAICS Code 237110, Size Standard $31.0 Million. This is an UNRESTRICTED Procurement in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988, Public Law 100-656 (15 U.S.C. 644 note). In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, the contractor must be registered in Contract Central Registration (CCR) prior to award of solicitations issued after 31 May 1998.
