- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFQF5F2MA5322A200 is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09, Effective 19 May 2006. CLIN (0001) Walk-in-Oven, EWN-1010-8E, or equal, manufactured by Wisconsin Oven Corporation, Oven 500 Degree F, Normal 275 Degree F, Minimum 75 Degree F, to include Installation and set up fees ABOVE AMBIENT. TEMPERATURE UNIFORMITY: +/-10 DEGREE AT 275 DEGREE F; CHAMBER, DIMENSIONS: 10'0" WIDE X 10'0" LONG X 8'0" HIGH. OVERALL: 13'6" WIDE X 11'0" LONG X 11'9". SCOPE: Contractor shall provide all material and labor, freight charges, installation and set-up fees to Moreno Valley to install walk-in-oven. It is strongly advised that all potential bidders arrange for a site visit prior to submitting a bid. Contractor shall also be responsible for the following: Contractor shall fill out and return March ARB IMT 3140 for (consent for background check) for all workmen assigned to the project immediately after contract award for obtaining base passes. PERFORMANCE TIME: The delivery time for materials is 14 days or sooner. Installation must be executed and completed within 3 days of material delivery. WORKMANSHIP: Work must conform to all local, state, and federal codes and requirements that are common to this trade. SITE AVAILABLITY: Work hours shall be between the hours of 0700 and 1700 Monday through Friday except Holidays. WARRANTY: All materials, parts and labor shall be warranted for a period of at least one year. A Site visit is scheduled for 08 Jun 2006 @ 1000 am and we will meet at the Front Gate entrance to March Air Reserve Base.
