Description

Bldg 403, Add/Alter Financial Managment Bldg, Project JLSS-99-0002. Proposal will be evaluated pursuant to FAR 15.101-1, Price/Performance Tradeoff (PPT). Evaluation factors shall be set forth in the Request for Proposal. Work includes, but not limited to renovation/alteration of existing building, including all interior and exterior painted wall surfaces. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract documents. Solicitation package will be available o/a 23 Jun 06. Performance period is 210 calendar days after NTP. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered as the solicitation will be issued under full and open competition. The estimated cost ranges between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS code is 233220. The applicable size standard is $28.5 million. Telephone request will not be honored. Plans and specifications will be available for examination without charge at the Operational Contracting Office, 2375 Defense Avenue, Pittsburgh IAP ARS, Coraopolis, PA 15108.
