This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, The Contractor shall supply Ultra High Speed KODAK Film to Vandenberg AFB, CA. The film specifications and quantities are as follows: Item#1: VMD 578 Kodak Vision 250D 16mm x400ft (S-153 Metal Reel)Catalog#183 9331 used in Photosonics 1PL High Speed Cameras QTY=100ea Item#2: VXF 434 Kodak Vision 500T 16mm x400ft (S-153 Metal Reel) Catalog# 818 4400 Used in Photec IV High Speed Cameras QTY=25ea Item#3: 5246 Kodak Vision 250D 35mm x1000ft(Plastic Core)Catalog# 870 3225 Used in Photosonics 4ML/4EL High Speed Cameras QTY=50ea Item#4: Sp 481 Kodak Professional Porta 160NC 70mm x100ft (Plastic Reel) Catalog#131 7940 Used in Photosonics 14S High Speed Cameras QTY=40ea Item#5: Sp 512 Kodak Professional Porta 160NC 70mm x400ft (Plastic Core) Catalog# 140 6941 Used in Photosonics 10ML/10R High Speed Cameras QTY=100ea This combined synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F4D1F56122A200. Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09 and DFARS Change Notice 20060519. North American Industrial Classification Standard 325992 , Size Standard, 500 Employees, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to Vandenberg AFB CA 93437, exact building number will be determined at the time of award.
