Description: The contractor shall collect sewage with sufficient frequency to inhibit the propagation or attraction of vectors from septic tanks/cesspool and perform inspection/maintenance on all septic tanks at Yokota AB, Tama Annex, Owada Communication Site and Tokorozawa Transmitter Site IAW the attached PWS. This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registerd to perform work in the country of Japan.
