FA5682-06-Parent Co-Op Aviano, Air Base Italy COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The applicable NAICS code is 561110. The Bid Schedule Shall Be For: Line item 0001: Non-personal services; contractor to provide Parent Cooperative services as described in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor?s efforts shall be in accordance with the SOW. The SOW explains the work requirements, work hours and responsibilities. The evaluation of each proposal will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 (listed below). This contract will be written for one base year (starting from award of contract to 30 September 2006) and two option years (1 October 2006 ? 30 September 2007 and 1 October 2007 ? 30 September 2008). Please submit your proposal with pricing for both the base year and each option year (in dollars at an hourly rate) and a resume of qualifications and experience.
