The Contracting Center of Excellence is soliciting proposals for the requirement: Analysis of Contracting with Small Business Concerns Owned and Controlled by Service-Disabled Veterans. This solicitation is to research , gather and analyze data req uired to provide an explanation for why the DoD has not reached the goal of awarding 3% of the total value of all DoD prime and subcontract awards to Service-Disabled Veterans Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation can be accessed from the following website: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/rfp1.asp This announcement is in accordance with FAR 5.003.
