Description

Procurement is a pure supply commerical items contract. This contract will require approx. 5,500 stainless steel rollers, 44 master links and 180 modified side bars. The rollers are approx. 6.5 inches long and 5 inches in diameter with a hole bored through the center approx. 1.5 inches in diameter. The master links are made of stainless steel. The master links are approx. 8.75 inches long by 2.75 inches wide and 0.5 inches thick. The side bars are made of stainless steel. The side bars are appro x. 8.75 inches long by 2.75 inches wide and 0.5 inches thick, one end of the side bar is rounded with a radius of 1.375 inches. Deliveries will be staggered. First delivery, the contractor shall deliver 500 Rollers, 44 Master Links, and 180 Modified Side Bars within 140 days after award. Second delivery, the contractor shall deliver an additional 1000 Rollers within 200 days after award. Third delivery, the contractor shall deliver an additional 1000 Rollers within 260 days after Award. Fourth delivery , the contractor shall deliver an additional 1000 Rollers within 320 days after award. Fifth delivery, the contractor shall deliver an additional 1000 Rollers within 380 days after award. Sixth delivery, the contractor shall deliver the final 1000 Roller s within 440 days after award. All parts are to be delivered to McNary Lock and Dam, Umatilla County, Oregon. Solicitation is full and open competition. Issue date is on or about 23 Jun 06.
