Description: The work of this contract consists of providing all materials, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to remove existing HVAC and replace with a modern energy efficient HVAC System in the Maintenance Building located at Fort Smith National Historic Site according to the specifications contained in the construction documents. The NAICS code for this project is 238220, Business Size Standard is $12 Million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the price range for this contract is between $25,000.00 and $100,000. An organized site visit will be scheduled and announced in the contract package.
