Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO LEASE SPACE IN GREENSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA AMOUNT OF SPACE: The U.S. Government will lease a total of 9,166 rentable square feet based on the determination that this is within the best interest of the U.S. Government. This space is available for use by U.S. Government Tenant Agencies for personnel, furnishings and equipment. LOCATION: A negotiated action under Solicitation 6NC0006 will result in an award to Germania of America, INC. 3490 Piedmont Road NE Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30305 in an amount and date to be determined. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
