Description: There is no solicitation. This is a Notice of Intent to issue a single source award to the California State University at Stanislaus. The California Bay Delta Authority solicited proposals under Solicition #ERP-02D-C11 and have provided grant money to the US Fish and Wildlife Service (grant # F-05-ER-041) to contract with the California State University at Stanislaus for the Endangered Species Recovery Program (ESRP) which is a cooperative research program on biodiversity conservation in central California, administered by California State University, Stanislaus Foundation.
