Description

On site Replacement and Installation of Hot Zone Shield Packages, (1) Main Pack and (2) Door Packs, into existing steel hot zone frame for IONEX Vacuum Oil Quench Furnace System, Model VOQ 241836-2000, located at the Naval Air Warfare Center AD, Prototype & Manufacturing Dept. Lakehurst, NJ Material and installation in accordance with original equipment manufacturer. Each shield pack shall consist of an inter layer of 1 1/2 inch thick high temperature ridge board insulation with a high temperature foil hot face. Include 1/2 inch thick nominal graphite felt insulation backing material between ridge insulation and steel support. Vendor shall provide Hot Zone Shield Assembly Documents for shield pack assembly and installation into existing vacuum chamber. Vendor will provide one on-site start-up Engineer / Technician for Furnace start-up. See Government Numbered Note 1. Quotes will be submitted in writing (FAXED) to POC listed. Quotes are due by COB 12 July 2006. All vendors seeking award must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
