Description
This procurement is for set-a side/small businesses only. NASA/MSFC has a requirement for products that are name brand or equal too items listed below: 1. one (1) each of part number A1500R-MFC Atomflo 1500R: Radio Frequency powered, atmospheric pressure, downstream plasma system with 6-inch rectangular, water-cooled, linear-beam plasma source. 2. one (1) each of part number AH-250 Plasma Applicator Please quote products FOB Destination to Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville Alabama This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing (e-mail is preferred) no later than June 19, 2006 by 4:30 p.m. CST to Tammy Bissell at tammy.m.bissell@nasa.gov, or fax to 256-544-9353. It is the quoter's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Potential quoters will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this notice, the on-line RFQ and amendments (if any). Selection and award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror; Technical acceptability will be determined by review of information submitted by the offeror which must provide a description in sufficient detail to show that the product offered meets the Government's requirement.
