Description: The VA Syracuse, New York and the VA Buffalo, NY intend to award a sole source contract to Alcon, located at 6201 S Freeway, Fort Worth, TX 76134-2001 to purchase an Infiniti System. This will be firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified items, they must respond to this notice before 4:30 pm (eastern time) on 14 June 2006. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Alcon will be pursued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
