Description

The Contractor shall provide Obstetrics/Gynecology services to perform inpatient and outpatient Obstetrics/Genecology services required for Government beneficiaries. The Contractor shall provide care at 39th Medical Group. Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, consultations and reports. Contractor care shall be as comprehensive as government supplied facilities, equipment and support services permit. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and professional standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed-priced contract with a base period of 6 months and four one-year options. Base Period of Performance will be from 1 September 2006 - 28 February 2007. A formal Request For Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or about 5 July 2006 via Fed Biz Opps. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (http://www.ccr.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Instructions for registering are available at the CCR website. 1. DUE TO ESTABLISHED ECONOMIC AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF TURKEY, THE AIR FORCE INTENDS TO AWARD THIS SOLICITATION TO A BUSINESS CONCERN WITHIN THE COUNTRY OF TURKEY.
