Description: PRIMARY POINT OF CONTACT IS CPT Gonzalez at patrick.gonzalez@iraq.centcom.mil. The Government operates four SCIFs on the greater Victory complex. Guards are required 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to prevent surreptitious entry into these facilities. As forces are drawn down in Iraq, these positions, and those like them, are being filled by civilian contractors. It is important to note that the SCIFs are currently being guarded by civilian contracted security guards. Guards must be US Citizens with current securty clearances.
