Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. RFQ reference number: 9A17 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to http://www.farsite.hill.af.mil inclusive, but not limited to, FAC 2001-27. The solicitation shall be awarded on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Environics, Inc., Tolland, CT. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 333319. The following items are required to be shipped to various destinations where delivery shall be FOB Origin: CLIN 0001, Tune-up and recalibration of Devices 9A17 from multiple sites, 23 each, delivery NLT 30 November 2006; CLIN 0002, Repair of Repairables applicable to CLIN 0001, 1 lot, delivery NLT 30 November 2006. Government shall provide as GFP the 23 devices in question. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (Dev)., 5252.245-9500, and 52,245-1. A COMPLETED COPY OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE QUOTE: FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.212-7000. The following clause also apply: DFARS 252.204-7004, ?Required Central Contractor Registration.? The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. See Note 22 (45 days is changed to read 10 days).
