Description: The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia announces a requirement for the design and installation of the force management system balance in support of the United States Naval Academy (USNA). The balance is the system that will be installed under the test section of the USNA Closed Circuit Wind Tunnel (CCWT). This is a full and open competitive procurement. A firm fixed price contract will be issued, and conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5 Test Program Procedures for SAP Commercial Items.
