Description: The Government intends to procure commercially available detonation cords and assemblies from McCormick Selph, Hollister, CA. This requirement consists of the following components: Shielded Mild Detonating Cord 12-ea PN13288512-1, 12-ea PN13288512-2, and 12-ea PN13288512-5, Warhead Separation Charge 12-ea PN13365934, Thrust Termination Assembly 6-ea PN13288623, Manifold 12-ea PN823625-1, and Witness Cap 6-ea PN810483-1. These detonation cords and assemblies will be used in the fabrication of Telemetry -Flight Termination Systems and will be built from an existing and proven drawing package which specifies the type of detonation cords and assemblies to be used; they will be performing the critical function of terminating missile flight in event of failur es. No other manufacturer can provide these detonation cords and assemblies without performing non-recurring engineering and environmental qualification, only McCormick Selph and no other source will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be fully considered by the agency.
