- Description
- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Institute of Water Resources has a requirement for Acquisition of Professional Services for Compilation and Analysis of Self-Propelled Deep-Draft Vessel Operating Costs (DDVOCs). The Humphrey's Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) intends to negotiate a contract on a competitive bases for providing Deep-Draft Vessel Operating Costs (VOCs) which serve the nation's coastal waterway and harbor system, to Institute of Water Resources (IWR) located at 7701 Telegraph Roa d, Alexandria, VA 22315. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price Contract for a period of one (1) Base Year with Four (4) One (1) Year Options. The services provided under this contract include: Baseline or core compilation of DDVOCs acccording t o cargo vessel type and size classes, update/and/or development of computerized model; Limited periodic detailed/supplemental analysis/investigation of long-term finance costs for new or evolving vessel size classes; Research and assessment of secondary sa le or resale markets for hull assets, long-term finance/capital costs; Compilation of bunkerage costs for the world cargo fleet and the domestic dredge plant fleet; Preparation of vessel operating cost guide.
