Description

Procurement is a set-aside for NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN OWNED FIRMS under the "BUY INDIAN ACT", 25 USC 47. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment and services required for the following: Shoulder widening, hot asphalt concrete pavement, final fog seal and pavement markings on 0.243 miles of Route 102 on the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation, Maricopa County, Arizona. Bid and performance bonds will be required. NO financing or advance payments will be authorized. Work to begin thirty (30) days after award. Period of performance will be 120 days * ESTIMATED RAGE OF PROJECT between $25,000 and $100,000 ** ISSUE DATE on or about FRIDAY, JUNE 30, 2006 ** BID OPENING: TUESDAY, JULY 25, 2006 - 11:00 AM MST (ARIZONA). ONLY WRITTEN OR FAX REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The solicitation number (RBH00060011) should appear on all requests for solicitations. Telephone requests to obtain the solicitation will NOT be accepted. Contract award will be made to the lowest RESPONSIVE and RESPONSIBLE bidder (BEST VALUE).
