Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Portland, OR have a requirement at the US Fish and Wildlife Service San Francisco Bay National Wildlife Refuge Complex, PO Box 524, Newark, CA 94560, to provide Janitorial Services for its Environmental Education Center offices and visitor center in Alviso, CA 95002 (Santa Clara County). Vendor must have the capabilities to service these types of buildings and facilities, and possess industry standard qualifications to perform janitorial services in a federal office work and visitor center environment - selection process is "Best Value" (Price, Experience & Past Performance). This requirement will be awarded with a base year plus four (4) option years at the Federal Government's discretion.
