- Medical Supplies - Potential Sources Sought Military Hospitals: (Army, Navy, Air Force) Southwest Region SUCTION TUBING, CATHETERS, & SUPPLIES: Standardization Point of Contact: Cindy Ingrao, Clinical Consultant, Tri-Service Regional Business Office, Southwest Region, San Diego, CA. Telephone: (619) 532-8517. Potential sources sought to participate in the regional standardization of Suction Tubing, Catheters, & Supplies. Southwest Region, a military integrated delivery network (IDN), comprised of Army, Navy and Air Force medical treatment centers in California are in the process of standardizing Suction Tubing, Catheters, & Supplies. If your company currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) with the Defense Supply Center-Philadelphia (DSCP) on Suction Tubing, Catheters, & Supplies, your company is eligible to participate in the standardization process. Please respond by Email: cingrao@nmcsd.med.navy.mil and provide your company name, address, point of contact, telephone, fax and E-mail address and answers to the below listed questions no later than July 5, 2006. If so which products are available sterile and/or non-sterile? 10.Do your products have smooth edges? 11.What materials are your products (tubing, catheters, traps & supplies) made of? 12.What ensures the durability of your products? 13.Are your products single-use and disposable? 14.Does your tubing have a memory? 15.Does your tubing come with caps? 16.Are all your products transparent?
