Description

Location: The U.S. Government is seeking quality warehouse space in Chicago, Illinois within the following boundaries: North: Chicago Ave. South: 95th St. East: Lake Michigan West: Harlem Ave. Space Requirements: Approximately 15,172 rentable square feet of warehouse space. This includes 172 square feet of office space. 2 parking spaces will also be included. Build-out will require 2 large freezers to be installed and maintained. Lease Term: 10 years with 5 years firm After an on-site survey by a Government representative, the area of consideration may be revised to include a smaller geographic area, depending on a review of the overall mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. Modern warehouse space and facilities, fully serviced and altered to Government specifications are required. Space offered must meet U.S. Government fire safety requirements and handicapped accessibility standards. The General Services Administration will not use tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions for this procurement. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
