- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for office space in Bartow, Florida. The US Government?s existing lease at the Bartow Municipal Airport, Bartow, FL is expiring and the Government is considering if it would be economically advantageous to relocate. The Government is interested in leasing approximately 614 rsf of office and related space in the Bartow area, for use by USDA. In addition to rental costs, consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be five (5) years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than March 1, 2007. Deviations from these terms will not be considered. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by June 23, 2006.
