Description

This is a MARKET SEARCH for certified and qualified SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED FIRMS. The Food and Drug Administration, Jefferson Laboratories, in Jefferson, Arkansas, has an upcoming requirement for various mechanical and electrical projects including (1)HVAC modification which includes the installation of cooling only fan coil units and related work including chilled water mains, distribution piping, condensate drain piping, electrical, and automatic temperature controls; (2) Replacement of Liebert water cooled computer room air handlers with new units that use the central chilled water systems; (3) Replacement of wooden electric poles and installation of underground feeder to existing well; (4) Replacement of 3 interior type AHU's mounted in an exterior application serving office areas. All firms responding to this notice must submit qualification statements of their firm indicating the number of years experience as a general contractor and past experience with project of the types described. The statements must also include references (for whom work was performed); (1) provide contract numbers, (2) type of contract, (3)dollar amount of contract, (4)description of work performed, (5)period of performance, (6)personal point of contact (Name, title, phone and/or email). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 and the size standard is $13 million. A fixed price contract is contemplated with a period of performance of 270 days. Firm profile in original and 4 copies are due no later than 10 business days after publication of this notice and should reference SOURCES SOUGHT SDVOB.
