- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE/SYNOPSIS. Date Submitted/Posted: 19 June 2006 and the Synopsis Due Date is 5 July 2006. For additional information contact: Lt.Matthew Leonard 405-739-4492 at OC-ALC/448th ACSG/PKB, DIR CONTRACTING/AIRCRAFT 3001 STAFF DR STE 1AF1/97E TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3020. The Solicitation number will be posted 5 July 2006 and the solicitation due date will be 5 August 2006. Item needed is: Distribution Box, NSN: 6110014603566EK, P/N: L5308063-001, Quantity THREE (3) and the Unit of Issue is EACH. The delivery destination will be Tinker AFB, Oklahoma and the delivery date will be 30 July 2007. The anticipated award date will be 18 August 2006. This solicitation is sole source to MCDONNELL DOUGLAS CORP. It will be evaluated by performance price tradeoff. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requester is acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C) (1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
