- Description
- The Capital District Contracting Center plans to award a sole source contract to the Verizon Wireless Arena, Manchester, NH. This arena is a facility that possesses all the technical accommodations and support personnel to produce the caliber of pres entation required by the U. S. Army Military District of Washington for the Spirit of America performances. The period of set-up and performance at Verizon Wireless Arena will be from 4 through 10 September 2006, inclusive. Arena rental and support service s will be provided at an estimated total cost of $345,942. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by paragraph 6.302-1 ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS, subparagraph 6.302-1(b)( 1)(ii) of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
