Description

Western Regional Contract Office, MEDCOM intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisiton Procedures authorized in Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items in order to establish a firm, fixed-price contract th at will provide for miscellaneous hematology and urinalysis reagents and supplies for Weed Army Community Hospital, Ft Irwin, CA. The reagents shall be compatible with the Clinitek 500 analyzer. The solicitation number is W91YU0-06-T-0033, the NAICS code is 325413 with a size standard of 500 employees. The contract will be established with a base period plus four option years, beginning on or about 1 November 2006.
