- The Bureau of Reclamation, Boulder City Regional Office, Boulder City, Nevada, intends to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Water Education Foundation, Sacramento, CA. The Bureau of Reclamation, Boulder City, NV, has a requirement for the partially funding of the Water Education Foundation to prepare the following: Task 1. River Report Tasks for the biannual River Report shall include: identify topics to be covered in River Report write River Report manage multi-stakeholder review process of draft River Report while maintaining editorial control, integrate comments from reviewers as appropriate produce and distribute River Report to mailing list design and implement reader-feedback process make River Report available through the Foundation's web site Deliverables for the River Report Task: Printed and electronic versions of the biannual River Report will be provided to the Bureau. They will also be available through the Foundation's website. (June 2006 and December 2006). No other entity has access to the foundation of these publications and forums. Task 2. Colorado River Western Water Issue Tasks for the Colorado River Western Water Issue shall include: identify topics to be covered in Western Water write Western Water manage multi-stakeholder review process of draft Western Water while maintaining editorial control, integrate comments from reviewers as appropriate produce and distribute Western Water to mailing list make Western Water available through the Foundation's web site Deliverables for the Western Water Issue Task: A printed and electronic version of the Western Water issue will be provided to the Bureau. It will also be available through the Foundation's web site. (Date to be determined in 2006) Task 3. Lower Colorado River Tour create tour itinerary announce water tour produce tour package compile speakers list make a list of participants provide summary of participant evaluations Deliverables for the Lower Colorado Water Tour Task: Printed versions of Tour Itinerary, Speaker List, Participant List and the Water Tour Brochure will be submitted to the Bureau. (Date to be mutually determined in 2006/2007) This work is located in Sacramento, CA, and along main stem of the Lower Colorado River. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition procedures. The anticipated award date is on or about June 27, 2005.
