- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order on a sole-source basis under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Number N00019-04-G-0022 to Lockheed Martin Corporation Maritime Systems & Sensors, 1210 Massillon Road, Akron, OH 44315-001(LMMS2) for the development of Single Integrated Air Picture (SIAP) technology in the E-2C Hawkeye Aircraft. Lockheed Martin Corporation is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer Air Tasking Support (ATS) software developed for the Air Operations Decision Support (AODS) Program. This SIAP effort is an extension of the AODS development and will require interfacing with the ATS software already developed and currently being integrated into the E-2C Hawkeye 2000 Operational Flight Program (OFP). The contractor shall perform analyses and reviews to determine merit of proposed approaches for technologies for surveillance, tracking, Multi-Source Integration, Combat ID techniques and TDL technologies. Activities will include system engineering, requirements analysis, test and evaluation, root cause analysis, and MDA development work associated with the Integrated Architecture Behavior Model (IABM).
