- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. NUWC Newport has a procurement for the following ITD of Destin, Destin, FL Surge Suppressors on a Brand Name or Equal Basis: 100 ea. Model ITD40.3Y120.208.USN.FXP Transient Voltage Surge Suppressor. The items must meet the following MIL SPECS: MIL.PRF.32167; MIL.S.901D; MIL.S.167.1. Physical Dimensions not to exceed envelope of 8?D x 8?L x 6?W; Weight under 15 lbs; Case material of powder coated steel. The solicitation will not be posted earlier than 22 June 2006.
